CLEANING ADVICE
Mask:

• To maintain the fluffy condition of the filling, please do not wash the mask with water.
• Do not dry clean.
• Avoid direct contact with cosmetic products to prevent damage to the mask.
• If there are small stains, use a damp cloth with a small amount of delicate detergent to gently wipe it off, then wipe it with water and lay it flat to air dry.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects when storing or wearing the product.
• When not in use, please store the product in the matching storage bag (included with the product).

Pillowcase:

• Fully soaked in clean water before washing.
• Wash light and dark items separately.
• Do not bleach.
• Maximum temperature 30℃.
• Make sure the detergent is fully dissolved in water before adding the clothes.
• Note: For larger bedding pieces, it is recommended to machine wash or dry clean as per the washing label instructions.

RETURNS
We will charge a $10 return fee (for prepaid shipping labels) on all returns. Exchanges remain free. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt.
